The Birches Bed and Breakfast in the village of Oranmore County Galway is a friendly family home set on three quarters of an acre of landscaped gardens in a quiet cul-de-sac easily accessible from the N6 and N18 National Routes.

The gardens of the BandB include large herbaceous borders with a wide variety of flowers and shrubs, a wooded area and a vegetable plot. Ample off-road parking is available for guest use.

Your host, Marian McVicker, will offer you the warmest of welcomes and will do her utmost to ensure that you have a pleasant and comfortable stay. When you arrive you will be greeted with home-baking and refreshments.

Oranmore

The picturesque village is only a short walk from the Birches B&B along which you can enjoy views across Galway Bay to the hills of County Clare. In the village you will find a variety of pubs and restaurants and also shops, banks (with ATMs) chemists, Post Office etc.. The pubs regularly provide live music including Irish Traditional music.

Also within a few minutes walk is the Omniplex cinema complex and a leisure centre with 10 pin bowling, pool tables and a variety of other activities.
